DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, GUILLERMO S. CARANTO and VIVIAN M. CARANTO of legal ages, Filipino, and residing at Longhorn St. Rancho IV Marikina, for the love and affection to my Brother Orlando S. Caranto married to Susie S. Caranto, of both legal ages, Filipinos, and residing at Lot 15 Blk 34 Azure St., Marikina City do hereby assign, transfer and convey by way of Donation Intervivos that certain parcel of land located at Azure St. Marikina City covered by TCT No. 25650 of the Register of Deeds of Marikina, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land Lot 15, Blk 34 of the consolidation – Subd. plan (LRC) of Psd 0971, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 3-20 incl. Blk 76 Psd-4259, LRC (SLR) Rec. No. Prov. of Rizal, Is. of Luzon, bounded on the NE.-points 3 to 4 by Lot 17; on the SE point 4 to 1 by Lot 16; on the SW points 1 to 2 by Lot 13; all of Blk 34, and on the NW points 2 to 3 by Pcad Lot, all of the cns; subd. plan. Beginning at a point mark “1” on plan being S. 64 doc. “29” E. 1967. 29m. from BLBM No. 1, Bayan-bayanan Marikina, Rizal thence, N.71 deg. 18” W. 24.00 m. to point 2, thence N.18 deg. 42”E., 12.00 m. to point 3, beginning; containing an area of ________________________________________ (____) square meter more or less.

This donaton is made not to defraud third parties and claimants to the property. The donors have reserved enough property for themselves so as not under them public charges. The donees accept this donation with heartfelt gratitude.
